Return and Refund Policy
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our store does not accept returns or exchanges; once an item is received, it cannot be returned.
We can only offer free replacements if the following conditions are met:
- Items are defective, damaged/broken, or stained upon arrival.
- Packages are lost in transit.
We do not accept returns or refunds if a customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).
Note: Our store is not responsible for any lost or misrouted packages. Please ensure that all the information you provide is correct before placing your order to avoid shipping issues or other inconveniences.

Returned Packages to Sender
Our store is not responsible for packages that are returned to the sender.
Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct shipping addresses; otherwise, the package will not be delivered. Once the item is received at our warehouse, we can repack, relabel, and reship it. However, please note that this requires an additional cost. The processing and shipping fee is typically half of the total order amount, so please ensure the accuracy of the information you provide.
If you believe you entered an incorrect address, you must contact us immediately to correct the error.
Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Please email us within 24 hours and let us know why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept order cancellations beyond the 24-hour window and/or due to Standard Shipping timeframes.
Please note that our Standard Shipping times are clearly stated in each product description; therefore, all customers should be aware of this before completing a purchase.
All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the funds reflect in the customer's bank account.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Contact us via email with your concern and attach a photo of the item(s), showing the size tag and original packaging, within 48 hours of receiving the order to qualify for a replacement or refund. Note: Our team will inspect and verify the photos before issuing a replacement.
Our store reserves the right to deny any replacement or refund if the above conditions are not met.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us by submitting a ticket on our website.
